DisTrips and More Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the very limited nature of merchandise, in general, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We do understand that things happen, and merchandise can arrive damaged or may not be the exact fit you would like. In the event, a product is damaged or doesn’t properly fit, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve your concern. We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts when ordering merchandise, as well as reference the wash instructions on each garment. Unfortunately, we are not able to process any returns, Exchanges, or Returns resubmitted more than five (5) days after your package is delivered or if the garment has been worn and/or washed. To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event, you received the wrong garment or size you ordered, or if the garment is defective please send us an email at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue ASAP. All damaged/incorrect order cases must be started within five (5) days of package delivery.
