Hey Disney Vacationers! If you’re a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member, then you’re probably familiar with the EPCOT DVC Member Lounge at EPCOT. It’s the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and recharge during a busy day at the park. But here’s the exciting news: Disney Vacation Club has officially announced a major update, including a new name and some fresh offerings! Let’s dig into the EPCOT DVC Member Lounge update.

Say Hello to Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge

The EPCOT DVC Lounge is getting a makeover, starting with its name! When it reopens, it’ll be called Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge. The lounge has been closed since June 2nd for an extended refurbishment (originally slated for an estimated 5 weeks). What started as an elevator replacement turned into a more extensive upgrade—and I’m here for it.

What’s New?

So, what can DVC members expect from the revamped Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium? Disney is bringing in some fresh features while keeping the things members already love.

Here’s the lowdown:

  • New Exhibits: The lounge will feature an engaging exhibit of archival photos and images, offering a peek into Disney’s rich history. It’s perfect for fans who appreciate nostalgia and love seeing how Disney magic has evolved.
  • Comfortable Amenities: The lounge continues to offer cozy seating, free Wi-Fi, complimentary soft drinks, and a children’s entertainment area.
  • Member Services: DVC Members will still have access to Member Services Advisors in the lounge, providing that extra level of support during your visit.

When & Where?

  • Location: The Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium is located on the second floor of the ImageWorks merchandise location inside the Imagination! Pavilion at EPCOT.
  • Hours of Operation: The lounge will be open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though hours are subject to change, so it’s always good to double-check during your visit.

This isn’t just a minor name change—this is Disney stepping up the game for its DVC members. The new lounge, Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium, gives members more reasons to stop by, with its enhanced space and rich Disney history on display. Whether you’re taking a breather from the parks, grabbing a soda, or just letting the kids unwind, this refreshed space is a must-visit.

Important Details

  • Valid Membership Card and photo ID required at check-in. The name on the Membership Card must match the name on the photo ID.
  • A Member can bring in up to 4 guests per Membership Card, or the number of guests on their Resort reservation, booked within their Membership.
  • Guests and Associates must be accompanied by a Member with a valid Membership Card and photo ID.
  • No automatic re-entry allowed. Members and their guests who leave the space must follow the same entry policy.
  • Strollers must be parked at the attraction stroller parking outside.
  • Children may not be left unattended in the Member Lounge.
  • Members should remain with their guests.
  • Personal devices should not be left unattended.
  • Personal cups may not be used with the Coke Freestyle machines.
  • Theme park admission is required for entry to EPCOT and is not included.
  • Access to the Member Lounge is part of Membership Extras.
