Member Services will be available on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. They will focus on 2026 Member Cruise reservations and any Resort arrivals within 5 days of March 22. You may experience longer wait times due to high demand.

Member Services will resume normal operations at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Sunday, March 23, 2025, for all other Member requests.

Know Before You Book

Keep these important points in mind for the 2026 Member Cruise to Northern Europe:

• Member Services will collect payment at the time of booking.
• You must call Member Services to make a reservation. You cannot book by fax, email, live chat or Member Online Booking, or in person at Disney Vacation Club locations.
• Some onboard activities and Port Adventures may have extra fees.
• Disney Vacation Club has waived the policy requiring at least one passenger to pay with Reservation Points for this cruise. Each passenger must pay entirely with cash or entirely with Reservation Points.
• Disney Vacation Club will waive the initial transaction fee for this reservation.
• If you are paying with cash, you can use Disney Gift Cards, JCB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Full payment is due at booking.
• Guests who have reached 24 weeks of pregnancy by embarkation day or will reach 24 weeks during the cruise cannot sail for safety reasons. A physician’s statement cannot override this rule.
• Infants must be at least 6 months old at embarkation to sail.
• Starting March 21, 2011, any Membership not obtained directly from Disney cannot use Vacation Points for Member Cruise reservations. To pay entirely in cash, at least one Ownership interest must come directly from Disney Vacation Development, LLC. As of June 3, 2021, Members must have an Ownership interest of 150 Vacation Points or more purchased directly from Disney Vacation Development, LLC to receive a Digital Membership Card.
• Each Membership can book a maximum of four staterooms.
