What is Omakase?
Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you.” It’s a Japanese dining experience where the chef selects dishes based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. It’s designed to be a unique and intimate meal curated for the guest.
Takumi-Tei Semi Omakase Menu
Takumi-Tei offers two Omakase experiences:
- Full Course (7 courses): $250
- Semi Course (4 courses): $150
The Semi Omakase features smaller portions of select dishes from the full Omakase menu. Chef selections may include:
- Seasonal sashimi
- Crafted hassun
- Prepared inaniwa udon noodles
- Deep-fried tofu
- Mini zucchini tempura
Reservations are available through your My Disney Experience app and can be made as part of your Advance Dining Reservation period.
