Hey Disney Vacationers! Exciting news for the Magic Kingdom! The much-anticipated Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is now part of Magic Kingdom’s Extended Evening Hours. This means more magic, more fun, and a whole new way to experience one of Disney’s latest attractions after the sun sets. UPDATE: Disney World has removed Tiana’s Bayou Adventure for the attraction list for Extended Evening hours as of July 19, 2024. At this time, my recommendation would be to check My Disney Experience at 5:55 pm to see if the Virtual Queue is an option on nights when the Magic Kingdom offers Extended Evening Hours. It appears that it may be “random” on whether or not the attraction will be open.

What are Extended Evening Hours?

Extended Evening Hours are a special perk offered to Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort, and other select hotel guests. This allows them to enjoy select attractions at Magic Kingdom (and other parks) for an additional two hours after the park closes to the general public. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure During Extended Evening Hours

Starting at 6:00 PM on nights with extended evening hours at the Magic Kingdom, guests can request to join the virtual queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Yes, you heard it right! Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, inspired by Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, is now part of this exclusive offering.

How Does the Virtual Queue Work?

For those unfamiliar with the virtual queue system, here’s a quick rundown. A virtual queue allows you to wait for an attraction without physically standing in line. Instead, you’ll use the My Disney Experience app to secure your spot.

• At 6:00 PM: Guests can join the virtual queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
• Virtual Queue Access: As of now, Disney has not updated the Virtual Queue webpage to include specific details about Tiana’s Bayou Adventure during Extended Evening Hours. However, it’s expected to function similarly to the daytime virtual queue system. This means you can likely only join one attraction’s virtual queue at a time during these hours.
