The tour lasts around one hour, so it’s a manageable length even for young kids. Disney typically runs five to seven tours per day, so you have plenty of opportunities to fit this experience into your EPCOT day.

How Do I Book the Behind the Seeds Tour?

You can make reservations for the Behind the Seeds Tour up to 60 days in advance. Here’s how to book it:

  • My Disney Experience app: The easiest way to secure your spot is through the app. You can reserve up to two months ahead of time.
  • Walk-up availability: If you didn’t snag a reservation, you can also check for walk-up availability at the tour check-in desk. The desk is located to the right of the Soarin’ attraction entrance—just look for the sign and ask the cast members for assistance.

How Much Does the Behind the Seeds Tour Cost?

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Adults: Around $45
  • Children (ages 3-9): Around $35 There may be discounts available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members, so be sure to ask when booking.
