Hey there Disney Vacation Club members, it’s that time of year again! The magical world of Disney is about to get a spooktacular twist, and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has something special in store for all you members. Buckle up because we’re diving into all the ghoulish details of the DVC Halloween Member Event!
Where and When?
Picture this: you’re at the Atlantic Dance Hall on Disney’s BoardWalk, surrounded by fellow DVC members, and your favorite Disney characters are right there with you, all decked out in their Halloween finest. This is the scene for the DVC Halloween Member Event, and it’s happening on select nights. Mark your calendars for September 25, 26, October 9, 10, 30, and 31, 2023. Each member can attend just one of these fabulous afternoons, so choose wisely!
Spooktacular Fun!
From 2 PM to 4 PM est, you’ll be immersed in the magic of Disney’s Halloween. Get your phones ready because you’ll have the chance to take photos with some of your beloved Disney characters. Imagine striking a pose with Goofy, Oogie Boogie, The Wicked Witch, or The Evil Queen, all dressed up in their Halloween glory. And don’t worry about capturing the moment; Disney Cast Members will be on hand to help you take those unforgettable shots, both with your camera and PhotoPass.
Sweet Surprises Await
Now, let’s talk treats! As part of Membership Magic, DVC members attending this complimentary event are in for a real treat. Each member will receive a special light-up bracelet, setting the perfect spooky mood. Plus, you’ll get a commemorative DVC popcorn bucket, just like the ones from Moonlight Magic, filled with deliciously multicolored popcorn. Your taste buds are in for a delightful experience!
Event Essentials
Here’s what you need to know to make the most of this spooky soirée:
- Eligibility: The event is open to DVC Members who purchased directly from Disney and are eligible for Membership Extras benefits. You’ll also need a qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort.
- Party Size Limit: Each member can attend and bring up to 4 additional Guests per Membership, making it a total of 5 attendees per membership.
- Location: You’ll find all the Halloween excitement at the Atlantic Dance Hall on Disney’s Boardwalk, at Walt Disney World Resort.
- Parking: A quick note on parking—there’s no Resort parking for this event. We strongly recommend using Walt Disney World Resort transportation to make your journey as hassle-free as possible.
- Important Reminders:
- No event registration is required.
- Bring along a valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and a photo ID for check-in. The member listed on the Digital Membership Card must be present.
- Remember, admission is subject to capacity limits, and if you’re under 18, make sure you’re accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
- Feel free to come in costume if you like, but it’s not required.
